Benjamin
Adegbuyi
8-3-0 (3 KO) Romania

Benjamin Adegbuyi and Count Dracula have something in common - they both count Transylvania, Romania as their homeland.

Adegbuyi was born in Romanian to a Romanian mother and a Nigerian father, taking his surname from the latter. As a youth he spent several years living in Nigeria before returning to Romania, where he practiced karate and boxing during his high-school years.

He later moved to the nation’s capital, Bucharest, where he took up kickboxing. He trains and fights out of Respect Gym.

It didn’t take long for Adegbuyi to establish himself as one of the top heavyweights in Romania, which has a strong kickboxing scene. Last year he went 5-0 to earn a call from the GLORY World Series, which he justified by scoring a TKO in his debut for us in March.
