Official Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
This promotion (“Giveaway” or “Promotion”) is organized by GSUKCO Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 12601996) with its registered office at 100 Brompton Road London SW3 1ER (“GLORY”).
GLORY is the sole organizer and administrator of this Giveaway. Any third-party platforms (such as ActiveCampaign, Meta, Instagram, etc.) used to facilitate entry are not associated with, endorsed by, or responsible for this Promotion.
2. Eligibility & Kraken Account Requirement
• The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the European Union, aged 18 years and above as of the start date.
• Participation in the Predict & Win Giveaway is limited to individuals who hold an active Kraken account at the time of entry and at the time the winner is selected.
• Existing Kraken customers must provide their Kraken username in the entry form.
• Individuals who are not existing Kraken customers may create a Kraken account in order to participate. Any promotional offer made available by Kraken to new customers, including any offer relating to receiving €10 in cryptocurrency upon depositing €10, is subject to Kraken’s own terms, conditions, eligibility requirements and availability. GLORY is not responsible for the administration of any such Kraken promotion.
• GLORY reserves the right to verify a participant’s Kraken account status and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the requested information or to satisfy the eligibility requirements may result in disqualification from the Giveaway and forfeiture of any prize.
• Directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, or affiliates of GLORY, its subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, or any other entities directly associated with this Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.
• GLORY reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any participant who fails to meet these requirements or violates any provision of these Terms.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on June 3, 2026 and ends on June 13, 2026 at 16:30 CET (the “Promotion Period”) with winners selected on June 15, 2026. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered, regardless of the reason for delay.
4. How to Enter
• Participants must complete the entry form available at: https://collision9predictandwin.netlify.app/
• Participants must submit predictions for the winner of each round of the tournament. To be eligible to win, a participant must correctly predict the outcome of all rounds of the tournament with 100% accuracy.
• One (1) winner will receive two (2) front row tickets to a future GLORY event (to be determined by GLORY), the opportunity to take a photo in the GLORY ring at a future GLORY event (to be determined by GLORY), a backstage tour at a future GLORY event (to be determined by GLORY), and exclusive merchandise package.
• In the event that more than one participant achieves a 100% correct prediction, the winner shall be determined by a random draw conducted by GLORY. GLORY’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects.
• Only one (1) entry per individual is permitted. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries using false information will be disqualified.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to participate. Participation does not constitute betting or gambling.
• Submission of an entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize(s)
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or credit.
• GLORY reserves the exclusive right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• GLORY shall not be responsible for any additional expenses, travel costs, taxes, duties, or other charges associated with accepting or using the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner(s) will be selected according to Section 4 above during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place on June 15, 2026 under the supervision of GLORY’s Marketing Department.
• Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw.
• If a winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, GLORY reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.
• GLORY’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway, including eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Verification and Forfeiture
• GLORY reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, and age prior to awarding any prize.
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• GLORY may disqualify any participant or revoke any prize if, in its sole judgment, the entry is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
8. Publicity and Intellectual Property
• All intellectual property rights arising from the Promotion or any associated materials shall remain the exclusive property of GLORY.
• Participants agree not to claim any rights or compensation related to such materials.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
• Personal data collected during this Promotion will be processed in accordance with GLORY’s Privacy Policy at https://glorykickboxing.com/privacy-policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Information will be used for the administration of the Giveaway, contact with winners, and marketing purposes (where consent is provided).
• By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that GLORY may collect, use and process the information provided in the entry form, including the participant’s Kraken username, for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, selecting winners, and awarding prizes.
• Participants further acknowledge and agree that GLORY may, where reasonably necessary, share a participant’s Kraken username and related entry information with Kraken solely for the purpose of verifying the participant’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Participants who create a Kraken account in connection with the Giveaway will provide information directly to Kraken and will be subject to Kraken’s own terms of service and privacy policy. GLORY is not responsible for Kraken’s collection, use or processing of personal data.
• GLORY reserves the right to request such information and documentation as it reasonably considers necessary to verify a participant’s identity, Kraken account ownership, and eligibility. Failure to provide the requested information within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
• Data may be stored securely on GLORY’s marketing automation platform (ActiveCampaign) and will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary for administering the Promotion.
• Participants may withdraw consent or request deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@glorykickboxing.com, though doing so before the Giveaway ends may void eligibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• GLORY and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
• GLORY is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, data loss, or any other issue that may prevent entry submission or winner notification.
• In no event shall GLORY’s total liability exceed the value of the prize awarded.
11. GLORY Event Terms
• Attendance at the GLORY event is subject to all terms and conditions imposed by GLORY https://glorykickboxing.com/event-terms-and-conditions and the event venue, including security checks, codes of conduct, and health & safety regulations.
• GLORY reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee for failure to comply with event rules or for behaviour deemed inappropriate.
12. Indemnification Clause
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLORY and all related parties from any claims, actions, damages, or losses, including legal fees, arising from:
• A breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Participation in the giveaway or use of the prize;
• Any third-party claims related to the winner’s actions at the GLORY event.
13. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate
GLORY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway;
• Amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided such amendments do not materially disadvantage participants; and
• Void entries or disqualify participants found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
15. Others
GLORY reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and make final decisions on all matters relating to this Giveaway. By participating, entrants acknowledge and accept that GLORY’s determinations shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal or review.
