About CarterAbout Carter

Williams was once the top prospect of the American heavyweight kickboxing scene, thanks to his explosive style and his huge right hand which left numerous opponents unconscious on the canvas in front of him. Along the way he became the North America Muay Thai champion and won a K-1 World GP in Las Vegas, Nevada. Williams moved into the top-tier international circuit and met with mixed success. He took wins over Golden Glory fighter Chalid Arrab and the Swiss karate stylist Bjorn Bregy but came up short against the likes of Alexay Ignashov and Peter Aerts. Having started fighting professionally at a very young age, Williams went on hiatus from the sport for some time and only returned to fighting in 2010, where he went straight back on to the international scene. He has struggled to live up to the promise of his early years but his raw power remains and he is capable of knocking anyone out if he can connect cleanly with his trademark right hook or head kick.
