All Entrants Confirmed for the Light Heavyweight Grand Prix

  • Official Release

A new GLORY light heavyweight world champion will be crowned at COLLISION 9 on June 13 from the Rotterdam Ahoy in the Netherlands.

Eight of the division’s most exciting fighters go head-to-head in an unmissable one-night Grand Prix style tournament. To claim the vacant crown, the winner must battle through a gauntlet of top contenders and win three fights in one night.

Over the past two weeks all eight entrants were revealed with the final two being confirmed earlier today. They are as follows:

  • ‘The Golden Wolf’ Bahram Rajabzadeh (73-6, 65 KO)

  • Former light heavyweight champion Artem Vakhitov (22-7, 8 KO)

  • 2025 light heavyweight tournament winner Michael Boapeah (23-6-1, 9 KO)

  • Former light heavyweight title challenger Mohammed Touchassie (20-3, 14 KO)

  • 2024’s newcomer of the year, Cem Caceres (20-3, 14 KO)

  • Former middleweight champion Donovan Wisse (23-2, 10 KO)

  • Undefeated in GLORY, Mohammed Hamdi (22-4, 10 KO)

  • Perennial contender Luis Tavares (65-11, 21 KO)

A random draw will take later this month and will decide the quarter-final matchups and brackets for the light heavyweight Grand Prix.

COLLISION 9 will see the new ‘King of Kickboxing’ Mory Kromah (37-3-1, 21 KO) make the first defense of his GLORY heavyweight world title against rival Milos Cvjetićanin (19-5, 10 KO).

It is unfinished business between these two superstars after Cvjeticanin suffered an injury which ruled him out of facing Kromah for the title in the finals of the Last Heavyweight Standing tournament. Now the collision course is set for June 13.

Also announced, after an incredible return performance at COLLISION 8, Croatian star Antonio Plazibat (23-5, 16 KO) is back in action against GLORY’s 2025 ‘Breakout Fighter of Year’ Anis Bouzid (49-5, 37 KO).

Tickets are now on sale for GLORY COLLISION 9. The biggest event of the summer will take place Saturday, June 13, from the Rotterdam Ahoy in the Netherlands. Click here to buy tickets.
