The event will see five world class kickboxing bouts and will be headlined by a Champ vs. Champ world title bout as GLORY welterweight champion Chico Kwasi (44-5-1, 23 KO) puts his title on the line against GLORY lightweight world champion Tyjani Beztati (27-4-1, 9 KO), a rematch of their all-time classic bout from GLORY 96 last year. 

Other notable bouts include a thrilling light heavyweight contest in the co-main event as Romania’s Stefan ‘Golden Boy’ Latescu (17-6, 8 KO) takes on the number one ranked middleweight Michael ‘Timebomb’ Boapeah (20-4-1, 8 KO) and growing social media starlet Don Sno (5-2, 3 KO) against the experienced & always entertaining Younes Smaili (42-3, 19 KO).

The invite-only spectacle will host an exclusive number of elite attendees, including influencers, athletes, and celebrities. Making it truly one of the biggest social sporting events on the calendar.

Terms of Use (“Agreement”)
By exhibiting the Event described below, the Streamer/Licensee (“Licensee”) acknowledges that the limited rights granted through this Agreement do not confer any ownership in the May 1st Glory Underground event (“Event”) and do not diminish the rights held by Glory Kickboxing/GSUKCO, LTD (“GLORY”), the event’s owner. Licensee agrees to the following terms:

GLORY grants Licensee the non-exclusive right to stream and create clips (“Exhibition”) of the Event, both live and on a delayed basis, through October 15, 2025. This permission applies solely to the following platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Threads (“Platform”). Any use on other platforms must receive prior written approval from GLORY. This Agreement extends to a worldwide audience (“Territory”).

GLORY reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion and for any reason. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and distribution of the Event. Furthermore, should GLORY determine—at its reasonable discretion—that the Exhibition damages the reputation of GLORY, its athletes, or the sport of kickboxing, it may revoke the rights granted herein. In such a case, Licensee must promptly remove all related content, and GLORY may also request content takedowns from the applicable Platform(s). All versions, clips, and footage must be fully removed by October 15, 2025.

The Licensee affirms that it will comply with all relevant laws and the rules of each Platform. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GLORY and its affiliates from any legal claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Exhibition of the Event.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.
