The quarter-finals are set and the fighters are ready. The penultimate round of the GLORY x RISE: Last Featherweight Standing tournament will take place in the early hours of Saturday, March 28, from the Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan.

GLORY 106: Last Featherweight Standing will see two fights on both the GLORY and RISE side of the brackets. The winners will advance to the finals later this year, where they will compete in a four-man one-night tournament to decide who will be the Last Featherweight Standing.

On the GLORY side of the bracket, we will see two rematches that have been years in the making. Fresh of their respective victories at COLLISION 8, GLORY featherweight world champion Petch (175-40-3, 27 KO) will rematch KO artist Abraham Vidales (18-4, 14 KO). Their first outing was at COLLISION 4 in 2022 where Petch defended his title against Vidales, winning by decision.

Portuguese sensation Miguel Trindade (64-8, 26 KO) will look to avenge his 2023 loss to the always entertaining Berjan Peposhi (32-5, 16 KO). Both fighters have been on incredible streaks since they last clashed with Trindade scoring wins over Chadd Collins, Kento, & Bobo Sacko, and Peposhi winning eight of his past nine fights. The time has never been better for them to lock horns once again.

On the RISE side, former GLORY title contender & leading Japanese fighter Kento Horiguchi (28-6-1, 18 KO) will go up against talented newcomer Hiroki Kasahara (38-8, 16 KO), who is 2-0 in the tournament after joining in the provisional round.

Popular South Korean veteran Lee Sung-Hyun (71-13-2, 18 KO) takes on top young prospect Yura (17-1, 9 KO). With a twelve-year age gap, Sung-Hyun will be aiming to prove once again he can hang with the next generation while Yura will undoubtedly view this as an opportunity to score the biggest win of his career to date.

GLORY 106: Last Featherweight Standing will take place in the early hours of Saturday, March 28, from Tokyo, Japan.
