GLORY 106 Last Featherweight Standing Results

The final four of the GLORY x RISE Last Featherweight Standing tournament were decided at GLORY 106 in the early hours of March 28 in Tokyo, Japan. 

On the GLORY side of the bracket, GLORY featherweight world champion and 2024 Grand Prix champion Petch (176-40-3, 27 KO) defeated Abraham Vidales (18-5, 14 KO) by decision to advance to the finals and he will face Portuguese wonder Miguel Trindade (65-8, 26 KO) after he avenged his 2023 loss to Berjan Peposhi (32-7, 16 KO). 

Meanwhile, on the RISE side of the bracket, Kento Haraguchi (29-6-1, 15 KO) showed his class against a valiant Hiroki Kasahara (39-9-1, 17 KO) and will face KO machine Yura Kono (18-1, 10 KO) following his late destruction of veteran fighter Sung-hyun Lee (71-14-2, 17 KO) via KO, round 3.

The GLORY x RISE Last Featherweight Standing finals will take place at GLORY 108 on June 6 from Tokyo, Japan, and the final four will compete in a one-night tournament to crown the baddest featherweight on the planet.

Elsewhere at GLORY 106, Koki Osaki (39-6-1, 21 KO) became the new RISE bantamweight champion after a stellar win over Shiro Matsumoto (55-18-4, 19 KO) and teenage sensation Ryujin Nasukawa (18-2, 10 KO) captuired the vacant RISE super flyweight title in a ‘Fight of the Year’ contender against fellow top prospect Kaito Hasegawa (15-3, 12 KO) via TKO, round 5.
