The date has been set for one of the most anticipated title fights in GLORY history. ‘The Black Ghost’ Mory Kromah (38-3-1, 25 KO) will defend his GLORY heavyweight world championship against Croatian star Antonio Plazibat (24-5, 17 KO) in the main event of COLLISION 10 on December 12 from the GelreDome football stadium in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
Kromah made the first title defense of his heavyweight world title at COLLISION 9 last month and did so in emphatic fashion knocking challenger Milos Cvjeticanin out with a patented flying knee. The knockout went viral and was viewed over 10 million times across GLORY social media channels further establishing Kromah as the new star of kickboxing.
Also at COLLISION 9, Antonio Plazibat cemented his position as the number one contender thanks to a devasting power punch combo sending opponent Anis Bouzid crashing to the canvas.
Plazibat and Kromah then clashed at the post-event press conference signalling their intentions to face each other next. Now the collision course has been set, the battleground approved, and the date confirmed. December 12 from the iconic GelreDome in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
"Plazibat thinks he is coming to take my belt. He can think again,” stated Mory Kromah. “He already had his time in GLORY. This is a new era, the Mory Kromah era. When my knee connects to his chin, he will go to sleep and only dream of becoming GLORY champion."
"The plan is simple. I will smash his face and beat him down until he quits,” said Antonio Plazibat. “No more playing heavyweight for Mory Kromah. He does not know the world he is entering when he is in the ring with me."
