THREE MASSIVE FIGHTS ADDED TO GLORY 96

Three massive fights have been added to the GLORY 96’s card this wednesday. Michael Boapeah (18-4-1, 7 KO) will be looking to extend his win streak to 3 in a row to earn another shot at the middleweight championship. He will face Mohamed Touchassie (16-2, 12 KO) who is looking to bounce back after his defeat at GLORY 92 in May. An explosive fight is expected between two of the most exciting middleweight in the roster. They will probably both keep an eye on our co-main event as the middleweight champion Donovan Wisse (21-1, 10 KO) is defending his title against the veteran Sergej Braun (44-13, 27 KO). 

Speaking of title contention, a big featherweight fight will take place on October 12 in the RTM Stage of Rotterdam. Winner of 4 of his 5 GLORY fights, Denis Wosik (39-8-1 9 KO) will defend his number 3 spot in the rankings against the experienced Bobo Sacko (76-6-1, 30 KO). The French fighter made a great impression in his debut in April with a KO win in just under a minute over former title challenger David Mejia (61-18, 18 KO). With back to back wins, Denis Wosik has his eyes set on a championship opportunity. A third win in a row might just put him next in line for a shot at Petch (170-40-3, 27 KO) who will be competing in December in the Featherweight Grand Prix. 

In the welterweight division, two young fighters will be looking to make it 3 for 3 in 2024. Soufiane Abdelkhalek (5-2-1, 2 KO) and Mehdi Ait El Hadj (33-4-2, 8 KO) have both experienced a breakout year and they both hope to seal it with a victory. They are aiming for their first finish in GLORY which should result in an exciting fight. 

The star-studded GLORY 96 will see GLORY welterweight world champion Chico Kwasi (43-5, 23 KO) put his title on the line against GLORY lightweight world champion Tyjani Beztati (27-4, 9 KO) in the main event. Making for an unmissable night of kickboxing.
