Former GLORY Light Heavyweight champion Donegi Abena (27-10, 7 KO) has officially entered the eight-man one-night GLORY Light Heavyweight Grand Prix set for June 8 at the Ahoy Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
The outspoken character is currently ranked #1 following his thrilling split decision loss to Tarik Khbabez earlier this year. However, now he has his chance to showcase himself as the baddest light heavyweight on the planet in what is one of the most anticipated events of the year.
Other fighters confirmed include former champion Sergej Maslobojev (38-6, 23 KO), rising star Stefan Latescu (17-2, 8 KO), the experienced Bogdan Stoica (58-14, 40 KO), top French fighter Pascal Toure (20-6, 7 KO), ‘Mister Cool’ Ibrahim El Bouni (41-9-1, 22 KO), and the wildly unpredictable Bahram Rajabzadeh (67-2, 59 KO).
Presale for tickets for the GLORY Light Heavyweight Grand Prix began this morning at 9am CEST with general sale beginning tomorrow, Friday, May 3, at 9am CEST at GLORYKickboxing.com.
This event will be available live exclusively on Videoland in the Netherlands, Bally Live in North America, DAZN in France & Belgium, and worldwide on TrillerTV.com.
