GLORY Programming Continues on Combat Channel and ATV

New York, NY – GLORY Sports International, parent company of the world’s premier kickboxing league, today announced new deals with two broadcast partners, adding to the growing list of renewals this year. The latest deals with Combat Channel (Commonwealth of Independent States & Baltic States) and ATV (Suriname) will deliver live GLORY events, GLORY SuperFight Series and GLORY Rewind content to over eight million households. Brokered by TSA, the deals join European channels such as Kombat Sport and Fight Channel to broadcast GLORY programming again in 2015.

A division of Red Media, one of the largest Russian holdings producing and distributing theme-based channels for cable and satellite broadcasting, Combat Channel is a 24/7 PayTV channel that airs martial arts programming in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. The deal will bring live GLORY kickboxing events and GLORY SuperFight Series cards to eight million households in 2015.

ATV, a free-to-air channel operated by Telesur, will continue to broadcast live GLORY kickboxing events while the GLORY Rewind shows will begin broadcast nationwide in Suriname through 2015.

Both broadcast renewals began with GLORY 19 and will continue with GLORY 20 taking place in Dubai on April 3 and headlined by Surinamese-born Andy "The Machine" Ristie challenging Robin van Roosmalen for the lightweight title.
