On Friday night, welterweight champion Nieky 'The Natural' Holzken and his bitter rival Murthel 'The Predator' Groenhart will clash for a third time.
Holzken is 2-0 up in their series but Groenhart strongly disputes the decision in both of those fights and is determined to settle the score this time. Their fight headlines the GLORY 34 DENVER card.
The two don't like each other and both are looking for a definitive fight to settle their issue. Groenhart has talked about “taking Nieky's head off” in this fight and in this video Holzken responds.
“Yeah if he wants to come and take my head off he can try. I will knock his head off. And if he thinks he won that last fight, let's see Friday if he can do it again,” he says.
“It wasn't my best performance. There was a lot of pressure because I had jut finished my reality show on television and I had so much media to do, interviews and television shows and everything.”
GLORY 34 DENVER airs Friday, Oct. 21 on ESPN 3 at 9pm PT/midnight ET and re-airs on ESPN 2 on Sunday at 9pm ET.
