Bellator and World Series of Fighting veteran Justin Baesman (17-6-1, 8 TKO) will make his GLORY debut next month.

He will face fellow Californian welterweight Raymond ‘Real Deal’ Daniels (26-2, 16 KO’s) in the co-main event of GLORY 21 SAN DIEGO on Friday, May 8 following the completion of bout agreements this week.

Baesman sports a 16-7 record in Mixed Martial Arts with four of his seven stoppage wins coming by way of KO or TKO. His victories include a win over UFC veteran Daniel Roberts.

He trains and fights out of the MMA Gold team in El Dorado Hills, CA where professional boxer Mike Guy - who has also trained fighters such as Scott Smith and James Irvin - heads the striking program.

Baesman’s most recent Bellator appearance was in October at Bellator 127; he faced John Mercurio of Kings MMA in Huntington Beach, CA and won by decision.

GLORY 21 SAN DIEGO takes place Friday May 8 in San Diego, California and features Artem ‘The Lion’ Levin defending the World Middleweight Championship in the main event against bitter rival Simon ‘Bad Bwoy’ Marcus.

Also on the card is a four-man Heavyweight Qualification Tournament which will see the winner move forward to the division’s next Heavyweight Contender Tournament.

GLORY 21 SAN DIEGO airs across the US on SPIKE TV at 11pm ET and is preceded by the Superight Series 21 card, available via live HD stream for $9.99
