February showdown for heavyweight rivals Verhoeven and Zimmerman

  • News
  • Nov 25, 2014

Bitter rivals Rico Verhoeven and Errol ‘The Bonecrusher’ Zimmerman will have to wait a little longer to be let off the leash.

This World Heavyweight Title clash had originally been penciled in for December 19, but logistical issues meant that official confirmation of the date came late.

GLORY felt this would affect its commitment to delivering the high-standard events fans have come to expect and has decided to move the event date.

GLORY 19 will now take place in February 2015, with the World Heavyweight Title fight between Verhoeven and. Zimmerman remaining in the headline spot.

Other names lined up for the card include Nieky ‘The Natural’ Holzken and Californian karate prodigy Raymond ‘Real Deal’ Daniels.

GLORY 19: VERHOEVEN vs. ZIMMERMAN will air live across the US on SPIKE TV and will also be broadcast in more than 140 territories worldwide.

Further details of the 2015 event schedule will be released in the near future via GloryWorldSeries.com
